Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your 100% satisfaction with your purchase. If you wish to apply for a refund or return, please contact our customer service and provide the reason for the return. All items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and labels intact, unused, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date you received your order. Please contact us to obtain the shipping address for the return. You will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred in returning the item. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item and are not responsible for any packages lost during transit.

The following types of quality defects are eligible for return:

- Severe stains

- Zipper failures

- Tears and damage

- Poor material quality

- Significant color differences

- Significant differences between the photographed product and the received product

If you encounter any of the above problems, please provide your order number and the reason for return to our customer service staff.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted under the following circumstances:

1. The items were received more than 7 days ago.

2. The wrong size was ordered due to your own mistake.

3. The item has been used, damaged, engraved, or altered.

4. The quality problem is based on subjective awareness of defective goods.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt and approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the payment will be returned to your original payment method within 1-2 business days.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before it is shipped. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
